Signals are written to a hash-chained log that cannot be edited or deleted after the fact, and anyone can recompute the chain. A record you cannot verify is a claim, not evidence.
Nothing is issued unless expected value clears the broker's payout. An empty signals page means the bar was not met — not that the system is broken.
Some broker instruments are generated random walks rather than real markets. Volta measures which is which and refuses to signal on the ones with no process to predict.
Doubling after a loss is the fastest way to end an account. Volta will never emit a recovery ladder, and a losing streak is information about the model rather than a reason to raise the stake.
