Terms of Use
What you agree to by using Volta — and, more importantly, what Volta does not promise you.
Last updated 17 August 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and [Legal entity name] (“we”) covering the Volta website, application, browser extension and Telegram delivery. By using any of them you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
1. What Volta is
Volta is an analysis tool. It screens instruments, evaluates models against recorded outcomes, and publishes signals together with the measurement behind them. It is software that states what it has measured.
2. What Volta is not
This is not financial advice. Nothing produced by Volta — no signal, confidence figure, expected value, chart call or number anywhere on this site — is investment advice, a personal recommendation, a solicitation to trade, or an assurance of any outcome. We do not know your circumstances, and nothing here is adapted to them.
We are not a broker, a financial adviser, a portfolio manager or a regulated investment firm, and we do not execute, hold or handle client funds. Every decision to place a trade is yours alone, and so is every result.
3. Risk
You can lose all the money you put in. Short-horizon and binary options are high-risk speculative instruments. Across the industry, the substantial majority of retail accounts lose money. Only risk money you can afford to lose entirely without affecting your wellbeing or obligations.
Past results do not predict future results. A published record, however carefully measured, describes what has already happened; it is not a forecast, and a strategy that measured well can stop working without warning.
What we promise about performance: nothing
We do not guarantee accuracy, profitability, or that any signal will be correct. We publish the record as measured, including the confidence interval around it, and we state plainly when that interval does not clear the breakeven rate a broker’s payout requires.
A hit rate above breakeven is not an established edge until the interval around it clears breakeven too. At any given moment the published record may not clear it. Check the live figures on the site rather than relying on any number quoted anywhere else, including in marketing, in screenshots, or in this document.
Things the system will never do
- It will never issue a recovery ladder, martingale, or any instruction to increase stake size after a loss.
- It will not issue a signal where expected value does not clear the broker’s payout. An empty signals page means the bar was not met, not that something is broken.
- It does not tell you a position size, and any figure you infer as one is your own decision.
4. Eligibility and where you are
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.
Binary options and similar short-horizon products are restricted or prohibited for retail clients in a number of jurisdictions, including across the European Union and the United Kingdom. It is your responsibility to know whether the instruments you trade, and the broker you trade them with, are lawful where you are. We do not provide the instruments, do not verify your eligibility to trade them, and make no representation that this service or anything it analyses is appropriate or available in your location.
5. Brokers and third parties
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any broker. We do not control their pricing, payouts, execution, withdrawals or conduct, and we are not responsible for them.
Some broker instruments are generated price series rather than real markets. Volta measures which is which and labels them, but that labelling is our measurement and not a statement of fact about a third party’s business.
6. Your account
- Sign-in is by emailed link. Keep access to your email secure — anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
- Extension tokens and Telegram bot tokens are credentials. Do not share them. Revoke them if they may have been exposed.
- One account per person. Do not share an account or resell access to it.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- resell, redistribute or republish signals or the underlying data as your own product or service;
- scrape, bulk-download or place automated load on the service beyond normal use of the interfaces we provide;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract model weights or source, except where that restriction is unenforceable by law;
- interfere with the service’s operation or security, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours;
- use the service unlawfully, or to present its output to other people as financial advice.
8. The browser extension
The extension reads what is displayed on your screen when you invoke it and sends it for analysis, which includes transmitting the image to a third-party model provider. One mode captures your entire browser window. You are responsible for what is visible when you use it. See the Privacy Policy for what is sent and to whom.
9. Availability
This is actively developed software provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uptime, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time. Data feeds can stall, and the interface reports feed age precisely so you can see when that has happened — do not act on a page whose data is stale.
10. Intellectual property
The service, its interface, its models and its content belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your own purposes under these terms. Nothing else is granted.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated here, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service — including where a signal was wrong, absent, delayed, or based on stale or incorrect data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or £100.
Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case they do not apply to you.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if we are required to, or if continuing would create legal risk for us. Sections 2, 3, 10, 11 and 13 survive termination.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of [Country / state], and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law where you live.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Where a change materially reduces your rights, we will give notice by email before it takes effect.
